Mary I'm guessing that says web developers can get free Internet Explorer 6 Virtual PCs??? It's a guess. Even if it's right I don't really understand what it means.
Eric It's a geek thing. Basically, you can run a "virtual" computer in software on your real computer. This is neat because the "virtual" computer can run a different operating system than the real computer. Normally, you'd need to have two real computers to do this.
